SANTA FE, N.M. – New Mexico Economic Development Department Deputy Secretary Jon Clark announced today that Kayla Lucero-Matteucci has joined the department as the new Just Transition Advisor to spearhead the state’s initiatives in support of a thriving low-carbon economy.
