SYDNEY, Australia – New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham and Star Scientific Ltd. Global Group Chair Andrew Horvath announced today that the Australia-based green hydrogen research and development company has chosen New Mexico as the location for its first North American operation.
