In fiscal year 2025, the Job Training Incentive Program (JTIP) assisted 60 companies across New Mexico. By approving these projects, the JTIP board was instrumental in training up to 1,238 workers at an average wage of $25.28. Twenty-five companies were in rural communities with 820 workers, at an average wage of $21. Thirty-eight interns were also approved plus ninety-seven film crew members through the Film Crew Advancement Program (FCAP).
