The New Mexico Economic Development Department (EDD) hereby gives notice that it will conduct two public hearings on Feb 26. The purpose of these public hearing is to adopt new rules governing the Strategic Economic Development Site Readiness Act and Trade Ports Act.

- Trade Ports Act at 11am MT – Rules – Trade Port Act
- Location: Mabry Hall in the Jerry Apodaca Building, 300 Don Gaspar Ave., Santa Fe, NM 57501
- How to participate: (i) In person or (ii) the Department will accept written public comments on the proposed rule beginning Jan 27
- Hearing Date: Feb 26, 2026
