Small Business Regulatory Advisory Council
The Small Business Regulatory Advisory Commission (SBRAC) is designed to review, assess, and provide recommendations on government regulations that impact small businesses. Its purpose is to ensure that these regulations are fair, effective, and not overly burdensome, thereby fostering a supportive environment for small business growth and innovation in New Mexico.
SBRAC meets on the third Monday of every month. Small business owners are invited to participate in the public process to hear from state agencies about rules affecting small businesses and share feedback as small on what you are experiencing in the regulatory environment.
