The Rural Efficient Business Program (REBP) offers assistance to small businesses and agricultural producers in New Mexico. We offer resources to reduce energy consumption, increase profits, and implement renewable energy systems. We’re here for your rural business.

Our Mission

REBP was created by the New Mexico Economic Development Department in 2017. The program helps businesses located in rural areas (< 50,000 in population) and agricultural producers.

A focus on renewable energy helps rural New Mexico businesses save money.

Efficiency Analysis for Your Business

Experts from Manufacturing Extension Partnership will review your business’s workflow and identify changes to your processes that can help grow your bottom line. MEP has studied and assisted New Mexico businesses from bottling to plastics to clothing production.
